The Ritual Wand — Device Questions
What does the Ritual Wand actually do?
The Ritual Wand combines two clinically-proven technologies — RF radiofrequency and red light therapy. The RF energy heats the deep dermis to stimulate fibroblast activity, which triggers your skin to produce new collagen and elastin. Red light at 630–660nm works at the surface to accelerate cellular repair and reduce inflammation. Together they lift, tighten, and rebuild collagen from within — in 5 minutes a day.
Is it the same as professional RF treatment?
Professional RF treatments use higher energy levels that penetrate deeper tissue for faster, more dramatic results in a single session. The Ritual Wand uses a gentler, safe level of RF designed for daily home use — which means results build gradually and consistently over time. As a Nurse Practitioner who performs professional RF treatments, I recommend using both — professional treatments every 4–6 weeks, and the Ritual Wand daily for maintenance and compounding results.
When will I see results?
- Week 1–2: Improved skin texture, glow, and overall radiance
- Week 3–4: Visible lifting and firming around the jawline and cheeks
- Week 8–12: Significant collagen rebuilding and facial contour improvement
Collagen production is a biological process that takes time. Consistency is everything — daily use compounds over weeks and months.
How long should I use it each session?
5-10 minutes per session is the recommended treatment time. This gives each area of the face and neck adequate coverage without overstimulating the skin. Do not exceed 15 minutes per session.
How often should I use it?
Daily use is recommended for the first 8 weeks to build your collagen baseline. After week 8, maintain with 4–5 sessions per week. Consistency matters more than intensity — daily 5-minute sessions outperform occasional longer sessions every time.
Does it hurt?
No. You should feel a gentle warming sensation during treatment — this is the RF energy working. Some people feel mild tingling, which is also normal. If you feel any discomfort or excessive heat, reduce the intensity level immediately. Start on Level 1 for your first few sessions while your skin acclimates.
Can I use it on my neck and décolletage?
Yes — the neck and décolletage respond beautifully to RF treatment and are often overlooked. Use the same slow upward gliding motion. Always apply D|TOX serum to these areas before treatment and RE|PAIR serum after.
Can I use it around my eyes?
No. Avoid the eye area and eyelids entirely. The skin around the eyes is extremely delicate and RF energy should not be used in this area at home. Stay at least 1cm away from the orbital bone. It can be used above the brows.
What intensity level should I use?
- Level 1: First 3–5 sessions and sensitive skin types
- Level 2: Standard daily use for most skin types
- Level 3: Advanced — after 4+ weeks of consistent use
Can I use it if I have Botox or fillers?
Wait at least 2 weeks after any injectable treatment before using the Ritual Wand. RF heat can affect the distribution of fresh injectables. After 2 weeks, the Ritual Wand is completely safe and actually helps maintain your injectable results longer by supporting skin quality between appointments.
Can I use it if I have metal implants?
Do not use over areas with metal implants in the face or neck. Dental fillings are generally safe — the RF field does not reach that depth. If you have any concerns about specific implants, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
Is it safe to use during pregnancy?
No. We do not recommend using the Ritual Wand during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please wait until after you have finished breastfeeding before resuming use.
My skin looks a little pink after — is that normal?
Yes — mild flushing or pinkness after treatment is completely normal and indicates good blood circulation stimulation. This typically resolves within 30–60 minutes. Apply RE|PAIR serum immediately after your session to support barrier recovery and reduce redness faster.
The Serums — D|TOX & RE|PAIR
Do I need the serums to use the device?
You need a conductive medium on your skin for the RF energy to work effectively — the device should never be used on completely dry skin. D|TOX can be used before or after device use. To optimize RF conductivity, use a product that is deeply hydrating your skin. You can also use an alternative water-based or ultrasound gel as well.
What is D|TOX and what does it do?
D|TOX is a plant-based daily hydrating serum from the EXO|E® Skin Revitalizing Complex — the same clinical biotherapy system I stock in my aesthetic practice. It hydrates skin up to 10x, primes the skin barrier before RF treatment, and is completely free of acids, artificial preservatives, and fragrance. Apply before your Ritual Wand session for optimal results.
What is RE|PAIR and what does it do?
RE|PAIR is a plant-based restoring serum that supports barrier repair and recovery after RF treatment. It calms inflammation, reduces post-treatment redness, and accelerates your skin's natural recovery process. Apply immediately after every Ritual Wand session. It can also be used as a daily restorative serum on non-device days.
Can I use other serums with the device?
Yes — after your session, you can layer any additional serums, moisturizers, or treatments you currently use. Apply RE|PAIR first, allow it to absorb, then continue with your regular skincare routine. Avoid using active ingredients like retinol or strong acids on the same night as your Ritual Wand session.
Can I use retinol with the Ritual Wand?
Yes, but not on the same night. Use your Ritual Wand in the morning or on alternating evenings. If using retinol at night, skip your Ritual Wand session that evening. Both are powerful — they work better when alternated than when combined in one session.

How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Can I change or cancel my order?

What if my device arrives damaged?
If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
